| Delivery Schedule We try to process all orders, where possible within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within 1 working day, please allow 1-5 days for delivery within the UK and 5-7 working days for Europe. For assistance with delivery, please contact admin@uklaptops.co.uk You must inform us within 2 working days, if the goods are lost or damaged in transit, so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. | Guarantee Most of our Refurbished Dell Laptops come with a 12 month Return to Base (RTB) warranty. It is the customer's responsibility to return the laptop for repair at their own expense. If a repair is not possible, we may offer a replacement/upgrade, but this will be reviewed on each individual case. Warranties cover labour and parts, but not the cost of returning the laptop. The Warranty does not cover accidental/physical damage, i.e. from being dropped/drinks spilled over keyboard etc. New laptop accessories come with a standard 12 month guarantee. |

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage, when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
