Laptop Returns

If you are returning your laptop because it was found to be either damaged or defective upon delivery, please inform us straight away. If the item is a warranty return, you must also inform us before sending the unit back. Please pack the goods securely and enclose a completed Returns Form in the original packaging so that we can deal with your issue promptly.

If you are returning your laptop to us for a repair, please give us as much information about the problem.
