A.All laptops come ready to use as decribed in the listing. A new Dell power supply is also included. If you require recovery disks these can be purchased for and additional £10.00
Q.Is there an operating system?
A.All Laptops come pre loaded with operating systems.
Q.Delivery?
A.We normally despatch same working day but allow up to 3 working days for stocked items. Listing will give details of longer lead time products. All laptops are sent by business courier.
Q.How Can I Pay?
A.We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, cheques, BACS and electronic transfer. Please email us for our bank details. We also take payments via Paypal. Cheques or bank transfers will need to clear before goods are despatched.
Q.What warranty will I receive?
A.All refurbished laptops will come with a 12 month UKLaptops RTB warranty unless otherwise stated
Q.Do you do repairs?
A.We can carry out most repairs including problems with graphics cards. All of our technicians are ex Dell engineers and are DCSE qualified. Please ask us for advice before sending in a unit for repair.
Q.Do you offer bulk discounts and trade customers?
A.Yes we sell many of our laptops to other business customers and can offer quantity discounts.
Q.Can I return my laptop for a refund?
A.Yes you can, just send the laptop back to us in the same condition it was received in within 7 days of delivery and we will give you a full refund minus any postage costs.
Q.What if want a different operating system?
A.We can load any Operating system onto any laptop, including the latest Window 7 Operating system, there may be a additional charge for this.
